At The Farm

Welcome to the farm
We all arrived at the farm in the early afternoon yesterday, and immediately went to Country Table for lunch. I'm too embarrassed to post a picture of the lunches we have up here--just think a small (well, not really) portion of Thanksgiving dinner--yes, turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, cranberry sauce...what can you do. I paid a quick visit to see the goats and the cows and take a few pictures, and then we were off to a few nurseries we like near the farm,  Leabrook and Spooky Nook. We love the little Amish boy at Spooky Nook, he is quite the little salesman. The plants are looking good this year, and we are looking forward to visiting a lot more places today. Prudy and Judy are making bacon and eggs right now and Evelyn brought us some sticky buns, so after a big breakfast we will start our serious plant shopping. Abby (Prudy's daughter) is driving up from Annapolis and will meet us sometime this morning.

That's our cottage
